About

Frank’s career spans over 25 years starting on the east coast where he studied Architecture, Fine Arts and Urban Planning at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.   This learning experience under some of the most influential professors would shape his design philosophy and work ethic for years to come.  During his time in NYC, working at a local and respected Architectural Firm, he was lead designer for projects which included hospitality, high rise, restaurants and historical preservation.

As he honed his craft, his attention turned to Design/Build as he recognized the pitfalls of the traditional business model which encounters the communication breakdown between the design and construction phases.  This lead him to return to his home state in the Midwest and open Fantasia Designs, Inc where he developed, designed and built numerous residential and commercial projects in the Oklahoma and Texas region.

In 2000 with an opportunity knocking at his door, Frank moved west to the greater Los Angeles area where he would again set his focus on larger scale projects for the entertainment and the booming dot-com industry.  Some of his clients included The Firm, Fess Parker/DoubleTree Santa Barbara, Sony Entertainment, a variety of Pre & Post Production companies as well as high end residences for industry celebrities.

Frank has developed a reputation as an innovative designer able to infuse all projects with refined details while staying within the confines of the client’s budget and time constraints. He prides himself in ensuring a close working relationship with the client and city and county agencies to fulfill all requirements for local ordinances so that the design and construction process work as smoothly as possible.

His design philosophy and approach is simple; communication, scale, proportion, attention to detail equals a creative and successful project.
